Carmichael SDA Church Bulletin

IN my last message we acknowledged that when we believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the Living God, He in turn declares who we are in Him. We are chosen. We are adopted. We are redeemed. We are trusted with the knowledge of the mysteries of salvation. We are sealed with the Holy Spirit as a guarantee of our inheritance, and we are prayed for. This week I want to expand on this beautiful concept of redemption. Due to our sinful choices we are dead, BUT GOD (we're going to come to love those two words!) redeemed us because of His great love for us and we have been saved by faith! You only redeem something if it has value and you intend to use it. What do you think God has in mind as He redeems you? Read Ephesians 2:1-10 as many times as you can prior to this week's message.
