Carmichael SDA Church Bulletin
This weekend our guest speaker is Eddie Heinrich. Pastor Eddie grew up in Redding, California, and went on to earn degrees from Rio Lindo Academy, PUC, and Andrews University. It was early in life that he met the love of his life, Tammy — a remarkably talented and beautiful woman who has been his ministry partner for over 35 years. Together with their two children, they have served communities across Minnesota, Michigan, Kansas, and Northern California.
Over the course of his career, Pastor Eddie has worn many hats — campus chaplain, Bible teacher, lead pastor, youth pastor, and hospital chaplain. He has also led Daytime Activities at the International Camporee, directs Summer on the Run--a traveling summer camp, and serves as the Youth and Young Adult Director for the Northern California Conference.
When he's not in ministry, Pastor Eddie can be found fishing, scuba diving, or finding creative ways to fall off things — but above all, he loves his family and Jesus.
Here is what Pastor Eddie has to say about his message this week:
Everyone loves the house mirrors at the state fair. Some reflections make you look tall and graceful, others... not so much. But when you step out of the house of mirrors and back into reality, a more important question faces you: What do yousee? What do others see? And ultimately — what does Jesus see? You might love your reflection. You might cringe at it. But in the end, the only mirror that truly matters is His.
Looking forward to worshiping our Savior with you,
Pastor Eddie
