Is it just me or are there more and more things to be concerned about? Circumstances that are very disturbing

and upsetting but out of our control; beyond anything we can do to bring a solution or relief. The issues are just too big and too complicated. Does that mean we do nothing?

This Sabbath we will look at a couple of situations in the Bible that had people very worried and concerned.

Worried for their own lives, worried for their child’s life, worried for their friend’s life. Letting go of our inability to fix whatever it is we are worried about and giving it to the One who is in control of the universe is a first step. Quickly followed by “what CAN I do, please direct me”.

I pray God will lead and guide us in the ‘doing’.
